Airlift (film)

[edit]

Created/expanded by D'SuperHero (talk). Self-nominated at 12:44, 22 January 2016 (UTC).

  • The article is not new, exists from 19 Feb 2015. Also i dont think it has been expanded 5 times in last 10 days. Please can you provide differences to check from where the expansion started? §§Dharmadhyaksha§§ {Talk / Edits} 13:02, 23 January 2016 (UTC)
  • Dharmadhyaksha, the article was expanded significantly shortly after you reviewed it, and according to DYKcheck is now a valid 5x expansion (actually, over 14x) starting from January 22, the day it was nominated. The expansion took less than three days. Please continue your review. Many thanks. BlueMoonset (talk) 07:02, 25 January 2016 (UTC)
Thanks for the update @BlueMoonset:. Will continue now. §§Dharmadhyaksha§§ {Talk / Edits} 07:08, 25 January 2016 (UTC)
The article has one yellow banner of long-plot which needs to be solved by cutting excessive details. Above that, the plot doesn't even mentions all major charcaters in the story; like Purab Kohli, Prakash Belawadi. Release section says it was released in 1800 to 2000 screens in India and then two lines later a collection of 2500 screens is noted on first day. Sort that out! The line "The first song "Soch Na Sake" was released on T-Series official YouTube channel on 17 December 2015." is referenced but fails verification. Two sources used to cite it do not confirm this statement. Another two sources are used to cite the line "The full soundtrack album which includes 5 songs was released on 24 December 2015". One sources says its released on 24th and another says 17th. And both are online streaming websites, not reliable enough for their content. The "Critical reception" is filled with unnecessary quotes from each and every person with access to press. How many of those are even notable enough for their film review? This undue stuff should be cut short. It also makes no sense with the original hook. The ref says "Akshay has decided to share the profits instead of charging fees as remuneration" ref. This does not mean he is not charging fees. One non-free image is at deletion. §§Dharmadhyaksha§§ {Talk / Edits} 13:42, 30 January 2016 (UTC)
  • Nothing has been done since the above review, and the nominator was pinged five days ago. Something needs to be done within the next few days if this nomination is to remain active. BlueMoonset (talk) 03:23, 23 February 2016 (UTC)
  • Nominator has been quite active on Wikipedia (over 100 edits in three days) but done nothing to fix the issues despite the talk-page ping. Marking for closure as unsuccessful. BlueMoonset (talk) 06:36, 26 February 2016 (UTC)
