Albert Swinden[edit]

Untitled, from the Williamsburg Housing Project Murals

  • ... that an Albert Swinden mural (pictured), one of very few of his early paintings not destroyed in a studio fire, was painted over and thought lost, before being rediscovered and restored?
  • Reviewed: Lesser mouse-tailed bat
  • Comment: I copied one paragraph from my previous article Paul Kelpe. There's an html comment pointing it out. It's 475 prose characters, but the whole article is over 7000, so it's not a factor in DYK eligibility.
