Alli Lahtinen
- ... that Alli Lahtinen (pictured), the first woman to lead a central government agency in Finland, helped establish the country's national child care system? Source: "first woman to be appointed to lead a major central government agency" "achievements of her tenure include the children’s day-care system" [1]

- Article is new enough, long enough, neutral, with good inline citations. Hook is interesting and short enough. Picture is OK (cropping to just head and shoulders would be better for small size display IMO.) Good article about an interesting and worthwhile person. Good work by DanCherek.
