Almendralejo[edit]

  • ... that a dam at Almendralejo in Spain was the first hydropower dam to contain a water wheel actually within its structure?

  • This article was 5x expanded on the date of nomination. It is just barely long enough, and the hook is verified via inline citation. There are no policy issues, though some of the language in this article could use some editing. For example, the description of "handsome buildings" and "well-proportioned" church tower sound a little awkward; at the very least they are subjective descriptions that are not supported by sources. QPQ is satisfied, and there is no image associated with this nomination. I'm not sure if having a water wheel inside a dam is really something especially unique, but I will AGF that the hook will be of interest to readers. -- Notecardforfree (talk) 22:33, 4 October 2015 (UTC)
