Andreas Boltz shown on the photo is clearly willing to pose for the photograph. He is notable, having articles about him in multiple language Wikipedias.--Symposiarch (talk) 14:28, 21 September 2012 (UTC)

1. The article is less than five days old.

2. The article is sufficiently long, about 2,600 characters.

3. Meets BLP standards, no copyright violations, images are from commons (and I don't see a problem with Boltz's own picture; licensing seems fine), cites reliable sources where appropriate etc.

4. Hook is both well cited and formatted according to guidelines.

5. Nominator reviewed other articles.
