Arudji Kartawinata

Created by Juxlos (talk). Self-nominated at 14:13, 21 July 2019 (UTC).

  • Article newly created when nominated. I'm not seeing the hook fact anywhere in prose. It says As Sutan Sjahrir became Prime Minister, Kartawinata (then a member of Masyumi) was appointed as the deputy minister of defense in his Second Sjahrir Cabinet. In the Third Sjahrir Cabinet, Harsono Tjokroaminoto took the post.[1][7] Later, in 1947, him and Wondoamiseno [id] reformed the Indonesian Islamic Union Party (PSII), supporting Amir Sjarifuddin's government and returning to his deputy minister of defense post.[8] That doesn't say that he changed parties for the cabinet post in a quid pro quo manner. – Muboshgu (talk) 19:13, 11 August 2019 (UTC)
  • @Muboshgu: Fixed the sentence in question. To be honest, the previous sentence didn't really capture the source's content anyway - I take it you can access the source to verify? Juxlos (talk) 19:25, 11 August 2019 (UTC)
  • I had not checked the source at that point, I just noticed the problem of the article text and hook not matching, and paused my review. You did improve the sentence, and I can verify that the citation "Madinier 2015, p. 95" verifies the info. Furthering the review, article appears neutrally written and well sourced. QPQ is provided. – Muboshgu (talk) 19:30, 11 August 2019 (UTC)
