  • This article is new enough and long enough. The hook mentions "calcium imaging" and so does the article, but not the source as far as I can see. The same is true of "two-photon microscopy". And looking at the hook, my first reaction was "what do the researchers do when the mouse misbehaves?" Cwmhiraeth (talk) 18:51, 7 May 2016 (UTC)
  • Thanks for the review. I added a citation for two-photon Ca2+ imaging. Behaving just means the mice are awake and performing a behavior experiment task. And the mice can't misbehave because they're headfixed (from the Science citation)... lol Pestújhely (talk) 00:21, 8 May 2016 (UTC)
  • The hook facts are now adequately sourced, the article is neutral and I did not detect any copyright issues. I have suggested ALT1 as a different (better?) way of describing the mice. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 05:23, 8 May 2016 (UTC)
