Length checks out, certainly recent enough. No BLP violations, it all looks pretty neutral and supported by sources. Hook is short enough and quite catchy - I'm a bit ambiguous on whether "high court judge ruled that he no longer had a claim to the office" and "high court judge forced him out" are synonymous, but I'm wililng to let that slide for the sake of a dramatic hook.
