Battle of Arkansas Post (1783)[edit]
- ... that the combined Spanish/Quapaw sortie of only 14 men at the Battle of Arkansas Post routed the entire 82-man British partisan force with the shock of Quapaw war cries and a musket volley?
- ALT1:... that the Battle of Arkansas Post during the Anglo-Spanish War actually took place two months after the preliminary peace treaty between Spain and Great Britain was signed?
- ALT2:... that the Battle of Arkansas Post was the only battle of the Anglo-Spanish War fought in what is now the state of Arkansas?

Approve ALT2 hook. First hook is not clearly described in article and ALT1 hook is inconsistently supported between the two references (different parties for the peace treaties are mentioned). If someone can clear up the ALT1 hook, I think it's more interesting though. That said, ALT2 is still an interesting hook, and is not too long.
