Battle of Baykand

[edit]

Improved to Good Article status by Cplakidas (talk). Self nominated at 17:38, 28 November 2013 (UTC).

  • Nice new GA of sufficient length, well written and reffed. No picture offered. My suggestion is that you give it some geographic context by mentioning that this is in what is now called Uzbekistan. (and in the article?). This is an AGF tick if we can get a better hook. Can I suggest a hook like the one below? I have added an extra ref at the end of the key sentence as requested by the dyk process. Victuallers (talk) 03:58, 29 November 2013 (UTC)
Good, I was trying to come up with a hook incorporating Harith's quote, but could not get it down below 200 chars. Thanks, I hereby approve the ALT hook. Constantine 09:17, 29 November 2013 (UTC)
for alt2. Thanks Victuallers (talk) 22:13, 30 November 2013 (UTC)
