- ... that the Berlin Victory Parade of 1945 included troops from forces soon to be on the opposite sides of the Cold War?

- Comment: I wanted to make the hook about this being the only such parade, but I cannot find a ref for this (although it would be a factual claim, the only way to prove it now is by proving the opposite. If anybody can find a good source for that, it would make for a nice hook. --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here 22:15, 9 October 2012 (UTC)

- Hmmm, I think I came up with a better hook, using another article I just wrote. How about the alt1 below? -Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here 19:14, 10 October 2012 (UTC)
- ALT1 ... that the 82nd Airborne Division participated in two end-of-World War II victory parades, the Berlin Victory Parade of 1945 and the New York City Victory Parade of 1946?
- both articles to the point and well sourced, ALT1 appr, --Gerda Arendt (talk) 06:01, 21 October 2012 (UTC)
