Article is new enough at the time of the nomination and appears to be adequately sourced. This was among the nominator's first five nominations so no QPQ was necessary for this one. No copyright violations were found. The hook itself is borderline interesting since I'm not sure if our readers would be very familiar with either Gibbons or ZZ Top, but I think the article name itself should be enough to interest readers. My main concern is that there are too many one or two-sentence paragraphs; it might be a better idea to combine some of the sentences into a few long paragraphs instead of several short ones. - I'm gambling on interest based on ZZTop, or Gibbons, as much as the car's name. (It's also been around awhile, so there's some "heard of but never seen", which makes me wish we had a pic.) Short paragraphs are a product of the rule of paragraphs: new idea, new 'graph. I couldn't find enough about the underpinnings to say more (I don't have access to the issue of --what was it, HR or CC?--detailing the construction). And putting the exterior color before the suspension & wheels seemed a bit misplaced. If you can come up with a better approach, I'd be happy to see it.
