Thank you David, but the rule is that QPQs must be done within a week of nomination, not creation, and I only nominated this three days ago. I have been extremely busy over the last few days and am currently in recovery, so will probably take another day or two before adding the QPQs. But please feel free to review the other aspects of the nomination in the meantime if you are so inclined. Gatoclass (talk) 06:17, 26 March 2024 (UTC)
My personal rule is not to review any DYK that is still missing its QPQ, and not to nominate until I have done my own QPQs. —David Eppstein (talk) 06:20, 26 March 2024 (UTC)
David, just for the record, I reviewed more than 40 nominations last month, none of which were QPQs, and could legitimately use any of them for this nomination, but my personal rule is always to offer newly completed QPQs for any nomination I make, not only to help out the project, but also so that the reviewer can be sure I am not using old QPQs that I may have used before.   • Article new enough and long enough. Article well developed and cited, I have added a citation and a clarification tag in the Discovery section. We need a citation for the sentance on suggested synonymy of species and clarification in the next sentence re:Specimens/species date to the Devonian.--Kevmin § 16:07, 6 April 2024 (UTC)

Apologies for the late reply. The additions do help and are good for the nomination (Though Leclercq (1969) is suspiciously dated now, at 50y old). Article is good to go, and looks like a good starting point for the GAN eventually.--Kevmin § 14:10, 11 April 2024 (UTC)
