Four years is the oldest QPQ I've ever seen by a wide margin, but I don't know of any rule against submitting very old unused reviews as QPQs. I wouldn't encourage this as a habit, though. As this one doesn't date to before the QPQ era, I think it's allowable, but I would strongly urge PFHLai to do a new review anyway given our current substantial backlog. Thanks. - @PFHLai: Came to promote this and was surprised to find that the "Rear-Admiral" sentence does not have a direct source in the aticle. Then agan "Vice-Admiral" does and that seems to be a higher rank? If you update the hook to Vice, or get a direct source for "rear" it can be promoted. MPJ-DK 22:24, 21 August 2016 (UTC)
