  • Thanks. It's near the top of page 37, end of first paragraph: "Bij de eedaflegging van de kersverse koning Leopold I mocht hij namens het Congres de Belgische grondwettelijke tekst voorlezen". Google translate gives "At the inauguration of the newly crowned King Leopold I was the Belgian constitutional text he read on behalf of the Congress", which is perhaps not the most correct English text but gives an idea of what the source says. I hope that my hook gives the same meaning in slightly better English ;-) Fram (talk) 12:06, 7 August 2013 (UTC)
