Chaudfroid sauce

[edit]
  • ... that chaudfroid sauce can be prepared using a reduction of boiled meat carcasses and other ingredients? (Source: [1])

Created by Northamerica1000 (talk). Self-nominated at 14:14, 15 June 2017 (UTC).

  • . Article created 15 June 2017. QPQ done. Article is over 1,800 characters. Hooks verified. I prefer the initial hook over ALT1, same as Northamerica1000 preference. Sagecandor (talk) 14:24, 15 June 2017 (UTC)
  • @Sagecandor: please provide a review that explicitly confirms that the five main DYK criteria have been met. Here you have covered newness, length, cited hook, and QPQ. Missing are close paraphrasing/neutrality checks. Thanks, Yoninah (talk) 21:45, 1 July 2017 (UTC)
  • The article is neutral. The article is within limits and does not close paraphrase. The other DYK criteria have all been cited as reviewed already, above. The others were also reviewed at time of the first review itself. Now explicitly commented upon also. Done. Sagecandor (talk) 22:00, 1 July 2017 (UTC)
  • Hi, I came by to promote this, but do not see anything about carcasses in the 2 sources given. Is it implied by the word "bones"? Yoninah (talk) 22:11, 1 July 2017 (UTC)
  • Thank you. Restoring tick per Sagecandor's review. Yoninah (talk) 22:22, 1 July 2017 (UTC)
