  • ... that Chris Hohn gave away £1 billion to philanthropic causes between 2006 and 2011?

  • Length, date OK. Ref says £956mln - exaggeration ok for newspapers, maybe not for DYK. General opinion: hook unexciting. Also, Farrtj has made several earlier DYK noms - QPQ might be an issue. Mhym (talk) 00:33, 2 December 2012 (UTC)
  • ALT1 ... that Chris Hohn gave away almost £1 billion to philanthropic causes between 2006 and 2011?
  • I don't see any sign that there have been five previous DYK nominations by Farrtj that have gone anywhere; indeed, none appear to have made it to the main page. As ALT1 was suggested by Mhym, we need an independent reviewer to look this one over. BlueMoonset (talk) 21:33, 11 December 2012 (UTC)
The last paragraph is cited entirely to footnote 3, the Financial Times article. However, unless I am missing something obvious (which is possible), I cannot find the cited information in the FT article. This essentially makes the last paragraph unreferenced. I also think the references need to be tidied up to match the formatting of footnote 5. Moswento talky 11:17, 14 December 2012 (UTC)
I no longer have the time to fix these issues. Sorry, you can just go ahead and fail this one. Farrtj (talk) 19:34, 22 December 2012 (UTC)
