Confe$$ions[edit]

  • ... that in the music video for "Confe$$ions" by Lecrae, a wolf symbolizes the greed of a millionaire for money?

  • Should the title of the article not be Confessions (Lecrae song)? Other than that, the article is new and long enough (created and expanded on 5 May 2013 to 1700+ characters) although I am concerned over the sourcing (are 'StupidDope' and Twitter considered reliable sources for Wikipedia). Till 05:02, 12 May 2013 (UTC)
  • The song title on the album tracklist reads "Confe$$ions". I will place a hatnote in the article, I forgot to do that. stupidDOPE is on Google News and is a Complex Media partner. I also think that XXL uses them as a news source, or at least recommends the site. The Twitter citation is just a supporting first-party source. The Rapzilla citation demonstrates the notability of the music video on BET.--¿3family6 contribs 03:18, 13 May 2013 (UTC)
  • It doesn't matter what the title is on the album tracklist, on Wikipedia we follow naming conventions (see Kesha for another example). Plus reliable sources like Allmusic write it as 'Confessions' (without the dollar signs). I am content with the sources now. Till 12:21, 13 May 2013 (UTC)
  • The only thing I found under naming conventions regarding this applies to trademarks or brand names, but under the spirit of WP:IAR and WP:RAP I'll apply those conventions here. The music video title simply reads "Confessions", so it isn't a stretch here at all. I'll change the title.--¿3family6 contribs 13:12, 13 May 2013 (UTC)
  • Thank you. WP:AGF on the sources I mentioned earlier. Looks good to go. Till 14:28, 13 May 2013 (UTC)
