New, long enough, looks generally like it's within policy. The hook is correctly sourced (in Dutch, but easy to read "politie" = "police", photo, context of other (English-language) sources referring to judge making legal decision are consistent with the Dutch source) and generally the article seems well-sourced. The hook is attractive - the reader might wonder how dangerous a killer whale is out-of-water...! The hook itself is related to a political/mammal-rights controversy which is nicely NPOVed.
