Article became a GA on 15 September, and was nominated on the same day. It is also eligible for promotion on the basis of being a 5x expansion (and so is eligible for the WikiCup). The article is plenty long enough, and the hook is interesting enough. The hook fact is appropriately cited inline, but to an offline source for which I will AGF.
