  • Length barely enough, with almost 1650 characters. Recent enough. Hook fine. I did a little copyediting, but prose is fine. I looked at some of the sources, and it looks like you've utilized the few that are available. I'll WP:AGF that this article is comprehensive as possible. Good to go. Here's that strange use of "had" we've been seeing lately. And the source doesn't say he headed the trials, only the inquiry. How about:

  • @EEng:thanks for the alternate hook. It's better than the previous one.--Skr15081997 (talk) 09:23, 14 July 2014 (UTC)
  • Expanded review. Review above by Figureskatingfan still stands in full and I'm taking it on trust. I'm just expanding it to prevent delays and hassle on this nom later. QPQ done. Re ALT1: heading inquiry and being judge checks out with online citation #7 (I clarified citation in article to facilitate checking of source.) Being speaker checks out with online citation #1, bearing in mind that the position of deputy commissioner also held the speaker role in that period (see Speaker of the Legislative Assembly of the Northwest Territories.) Article text is objective, neutral and fully referenced. No problems with disambig links or with access to external links. External links checked for sources of copyvio or close paraphrashing; none found. I have struck original hook in response to above comment. Good to go with ALT1. --Storye book (talk) 08:18, 15 July 2014 (UTC)
