Frank Stalletto

[edit]
  • Alt hook ... that Frank Stalletto was attacked by his then tag team partner Stevie Richards moments after winning the tag team titles in Steel City Wrestling?

Binksternet (talk) I have my doubts that the offline source can confirm this hook. Binksternet (talk) 17:10, 7 October 2011 (UTC) Binksternet (talk) Hook is not so very engaging, but I've seen worse. Binksternet (talk) 17:10, 7 October 2011 (UTC)

I don't think the hook is all that good, and I cannot find even the faintest trace of confirmation of the hook in online sources, which is unusual in the hyped world of modern wrestling. Binksternet (talk) 17:10, 7 October 2011 (UTC)

  • The issue in question does exist even if it's not available online. His 1998 PWI 500 ranking states the following "Excellent amateur wrestling background, but still bends the rules ... Has feuded with Brick Bronsky, Johnny Graham, and Julio Sanchez in IPW ... Bouts against all three have been very good technical wrestling matches ... Has formed a very successful team in Steel City Wrestling with Lou Marconi ... Held the Steel City tag team belts with several different partners ... Nicknamed "Handsome" and claims not only to be the most handsome man in wrestling, but that country music star Billy Ray Cyrus looks like him!" and is correctly cited saying such. If you can't assume good faith I'm sure someone from WP:PW can confirm this. 72.74.196.63 (talk) 16:22, 8 October 2011 (UTC)
  • Oh, I can assume good faith. I was just surprised and discouraged that I was unable to find a tiny hint of the hook's idea online, especially when the field of modern wrestling has so much online presence, yielding so much to the searcher. There have been plenty of instances where I assumed good faith in an offline DYK hook.
Regarding the offline source, I will accept it and pass the hook. Binksternet (talk) 17:36, 8 October 2011 (UTC)
