Geology of Dorset[edit]

  • ... that the county of Dorset in England has one of the most studied coastlines in the world? To find out why, see the article, Geology of Dorset.

Created/expanded by Ykraps (talk). Self nom at 08:36, 20 August 2012 (UTC)

  • I have linked your target article in the hook; is that what you had in mind? I have deleted the reference from this nomination, as it belongs into the article. I haven't reviewed anything other than confirmed that your article is indeed a 5x expansion (good effort). Schwede66 09:31, 20 August 2012 (UTC)
  • Have a read how other hooks are worded. I've never seen two sentences make up a hook. That's not to say there's a rule against it, but you may find it a struggle to have it signed off. I provide my suggestion again as ALT1. Schwede66 21:00, 26 August 2012 (UTC)
  • A substantial and impressive article, expanded five times and new enough. The hook source is offline but accepted in good faith. Other references are also mostly from books so I have been unable to check for close paraphrasing. Going with ALT1. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 05:48, 28 August 2012 (UTC)
