  • Both articles are new enough, long enough, and within Wikipedia and DYK policy/guidelines. The hook also works well to combine these two subjects, and two QPQs have been completed. It's a pity there are no free images of either the salamander or the crayfish. Your articles are good to go! -- Caponer (talk) 12:44, 7 July 2013 (UTC)
The salamander article refers the crayfish as "blind", but this is not mentioned in the crayfish article. Can this be added, please? I'd also suggest using "blind" in the hook in lieu of "cave". I find "the blind eating the blind" somewhat hooky. Thanks. --PFHLai (talk) 15:43, 7 July 2013 (UTC)
