Gerald Westbury[edit]

  • ... that Gerald 'Charley' Westbury was one of the first cancer surgeons to develop procedures that would preserve function as well as give good survival rates?

  • Actually, maybe the only thing would be a hook worded a bit differently?
  • Alt1: ... that Gerald "Charley" Westbury was a cancer surgeon who developed procedures that minimized tissue removal and preserved muscle function?
  • Not sure that "minimized" is the correct word; maybe too strong. How about:
