Green Point Lighthouse, Cape Town

[edit]

Green Point Lighthouse

5x expanded by Nathan121212 (talk). Self nominated at 08:58, 24 May 2014 (UTC).

  • Ref #3, which is used to source the claim "The lighthouse was the first solid lighthouse structure on the South African coast and the oldest operational lighthouse in South Africa" does not seem to mention either of these facts. 97198 (talk) 07:18, 25 May 2014 (UTC)
@97198: ref 6 covers it, can you please duplicate it and put it next to the fact, I don't currently have access to a PC. Thanks Nathan121212 (talk) 12:52, 25 May 2014 (UTC)
Done, but the the fact still needs a citation to support that the lighthouse is still operational, since this isn't mentioned in the new ref. 97198 (talk) 13:21, 25 May 2014 (UTC)
@97198: please cite this for me article Nathan121212 (talk) 13:54, 25 May 2014 (UTC)
PC back, done it. Ref #1 covers it. Nathan121212 (talk) 15:54, 25 May 2014 (UTC)
  • Thanks - both hook facts are now supported by their citations. Article is new enough, 5x expanded, well referenced, and doesn't appear to have any close paraphrasing. Image is PD and QPQ is done. 97198 (talk) 03:10, 26 May 2014 (UTC)
