- New enough, long enough, meets core content policies. Hook cited to RS. GTG. What about:
- ALT1: ... that Harriet Newell Noyes founded the first school for women in Guangdong Province? --Jakob (talk) aka Jakec 19:41, 8 April 2015 (UTC) edit: The file information page says the image dates to 1924 (not public domain) but then says that it dates to 1923 or earlier (public domain). --Jakob (talk) aka Jakec 19:45, 8 April 2015 (UTC)
- Thanks @Jakob: - I thought it best to just move it to fair use as the rational would not be definite as she died four weeks to late! :-) Thanks. OK now I hope. Your hook is fine by me but someone else has to tick it too. Victuallers (talk) 18:40, 12 April 2015 (UTC)
- New reviewer needed to check ALT hook. BlueMoonset (talk) 23:39, 1 May 2015 (UTC)
- New enough, long enough, well referenced, neutrally written, no close paraphrasing seen. However, the third paragraph under Legacy, which I tried (unsuccessfully) to edit so it would make sense, lacks a cite per DYK rules. ALT1 hook ref verified and cited inline; I changed "girls" to "women" here and in the article because this was a seminary and many of the students were already married. QPQ done. - @Yoninah: Oops... that's a silly mistake. Thanks for your review and fixes. I have added a ref to support the "citation needed" which should help. Cheers Victuallers (talk) 15:33, 3 May 2015 (UTC)
