Article length and age are fine. Nominated within 7 days of GA approval. No copyvio or plagiarism concerns came up. Reliable sources are used. First Hook is neural, cited and interesting.

A priori nothing wrong with this article, except someone has stuck a big merge tag on it since it was promoted, and since that could mean that it could disappear while on the main page, I'm not comfortable putting it there while the discussion is ongoing.
