New: prose expanded from about 317 characters to about 2282 characters on 23 Aug, so a factor of about 7; long enough; within policy (needed a bit of reference tidying; the photo is CC-BY via the city council of Madrid). Hook is 184 characters and OK, but do readers with short attention spans really need to immediately know which party he's a member of?
