Ivaritji

  • ... that Indigenous Australian elder Ivaritji was the last speaker of the Kaurna language before its revival in the 1990s? Source: "she died at the Point Pearce hospital on Christmas Day 1929 ... The Kaurna language remained unspoken—not dead but sleeping—until the 1990s when it was revived" [1]

  • No QPQ yet - Nice work and interesting subject. Its more than long enough and the hook is interesting. There is an image of her which is intriguing where she is posed in a museum exhibit. The article is neutral and well sourced. I added a map. Ping me when there is a QPQ.Victuallers (talk) 17:03, 12 April 2021 (UTC)
@Victuallers: Reviewed: Template:Did you know nominations/Elwyn Meader. The map is nice to show the small country towns, thanks. Are you referring to the photo in the article currently? Somnifuguist (talk) 23:50, 12 April 2021 (UTC)
Yes it was the photo in the article. The map at least shows that I did look at sources. As it is, lets go with what we have. Well done. Victuallers (talk) 07:01, 13 April 2021 (UTC)
