  • Long enough, new enough, neutral and no copyright problems. My Chinese isn't great (so I didn't read all the sources), but some spot checks make me believe it is sufficiently and correctly sourced. QPQ done. I almost like the hook, but I am not sure that "patron god" is a good translation for 保护神. My dictionary says "patron saint" or "guardian angel", which both sound better to me. In any case, the Chinese version of the hook is well sourced. —Kusma (t·c) 21:39, 9 October 2019 (UTC)
@Kusma: Thanks for your review. "Patron god" is the more literal translation of the Chinese term (神 = god), but "patron saint" is more idiomatic in English. The difference stems from the polytheistic tradition of the east vs. the monotheistic west. I went ahead and changed it to "saint" as I'm fine either way. -Zanhe (talk) 06:13, 10 October 2019 (UTC)
Zanhe: That is a good explanation. I'm happy with the hook now. Good to go! —Kusma (t·c) 07:22, 10 October 2019 (UTC)
