Shipwright Joseph Tucker (c. 1815)

Article is new enough and long enough, the hook facts are both present and supported by reliable sources, and the article is policy compliant and built from multiple sources, and thus is not overly closely paraphrased. The image is 201 years old so it's safe to assume that the painter has been deceased for at least 70 years. Personally I think Alt0 is by far the more interesting, but both are god to go.
