Kashf al-Asrar[edit]

Created by Saff V. (talk). Self-nominated at 08:30, 21 February 2016 (UTC).

  • Before I will do a full review, this will need a lot of work done. It needs to be NPOV out more, as I feel this article is unbalanced as of now. But besides that, on the subject of grammar, this is more than a little rough around the edges. Please devote time to this article, with a special view to the concerns I've raised.—♦♦ AMBER(ЯʘCK) 21:52, 11 March 2016 (UTC)
I added the article for copyediting. I am improving the article for NPOV.Saff V. (talk) 05:59, 15 March 2016 (UTC)
Did a few small tweaks, but someone else may need to look at this since copyediting is not my expertise. I removed one sentence that made absolutely no sense, or perhaps very vague. Burklemore1 (talk) 12:30, 15 March 2016 (UTC)
My edit is complete and the article is balance now.Saff V. (talk) 15:18, 16 March 2016 (UTC)
  • This article is still not ready for the main page. There are commas where they shouldn't be, words that should be plural are singular and vice versa, and both definite and indefinite articles seem to be absent in many cases. In other words: this needs to be copy-edited again.—♦♦ AMBER(ЯʘCK) 15:33, 17 March 2016 (UTC)
Copy editor of the article must do your comments.Saff V. (talk) 21:09, 17 March 2016 (UTC)
  • Saff V., you will need to provide a QPQ for this nomination. Now would be a good time, while we wait for the GOCE to start work on your request. BlueMoonset (talk) 17:03, 23 March 2016 (UTC)
  • While the GOCE has completed the copyedit, the QPQ is still not supplied; holding off calling for a new reviewer until the QPQ has been completed. BlueMoonset (talk) 02:22, 28 March 2016 (UTC)
  • New review needed now that a copyedit has been completed and a QPQ has been supplied. The reviewer should be sure to check to see whether previous issues have been addressed, including neutrality. BlueMoonset (talk) 05:18, 2 April 2016 (UTC)
I'll take care of that. Mhhossein (talk) 07:04, 2 April 2016 (UTC)
  • Saff V.: The sentence "In 1943, Hakimzada wrote The Thousand-Year Secrets and invited Shia scholars to support the sect's superstitious beliefs," is not in accordance with the source, besides being vague. Per sources, he never asked them to support their own beliefs rather he asked for explanations. Mhhossein (talk) 11:43, 2 April 2016 (UTC)
Mhhossein At first reference I have this sentence: "he asked them for an accounting of the superstitious beliefs which they had fostered among the believers in order to perpetuate their own power: belief in the intercession of the Prophet and his descendants (Imam, Imamzada, Sayyid), affirmation of the charisma of the Ulama, non recognition of the full legitimacy of temporal power and existing institutions and of progress and science and so forth. It means that he wanted scholars to explain their beliefs. You are right. Thanks for your attention. Saff V. (talk) 05:20, 3 April 2016 (UTC)
And you have to remove the vagueness of the sentence by writing as such:""In 1943, Hakimzada wrote The Thousand-Year Secrets and invited Shia scholars to explain what he called the sect's superstitious beliefs." Mhhossein (talk) 07:07, 3 April 2016 (UTC)
@BlueMoonset: Done.Saff V. (talk) 07:58, 9 April 2016 (UTC)
I see no further problem. We can go with this. Mhhossein (talk) 12:57, 17 April 2016 (UTC)
