Kollafjørður[edit]

Church of Kollafjørður

5x expanded by Dr. Blofeld (talk), Rosiestep (talk), Ipigott (talk), and Nvvchar (talk). Nominated by Dr. Blofeld (talk) at 15:14, 4 February 2013 (UTC)

  • Shouldn't that be "memorial" rather than "tribute"? I don't read Danish or I would deal with the issue directly. Mangoe (talk) 14:50, 16 February 2013 (UTC)
Agreed. The hook is rewritten and the ALT1 Hook proposed is ... that the ship hanging in the church (pictured) of Kollafjørður, Faroe Islands, was donated by the parents of a 25-year-old son who drowned in Iceland?"--Nvvchar. 12:10, 22 February 2013 (UTC)
  • Length, date and contributions all check out. Image is CC 3.0, and the Danish reference supports the hook fact (according to google translate). Crossed out original hook in favour of ALT1, per Mangoe's concern and I think ALT1 sounds better anyway. Chamal TC 01:44, 23 February 2013 (UTC)
