Lackawanna Limited wreck[edit]
- ... that the Lackawanna Limited was traveling about 80 miles per hour (130 km/h) when it struck a freight train and derailed in 1943, killing 29 people? Length and history verified; I am taking the cited sources for ALT1 and 2 (which I like better as they're actually interesting facts about this accident) on good faith as they do not seem to be on page 1 of the D&C article cited.
