  • Hi Jo-Jo Eumerus, review follows: article promoted to GA on 16 January; article exceeds minimum length; article is cited throughout to reliable sources; I can't access any of the sources (which are all scientific journals) but happy to AGF that there is no copyright violation, Earwig doesn't throw up anything worrying; article is well written (though perhaps understandably verges on the technical; hook fact is cited in the article (AGF that source backs it up) and hook is interesting; The whole concept appears so crazy to me that I thing a shortened hook of "... that lava can form gas-filled balloons that float on water (pictured) " would be exciting enough, but happy to leave it up to the promoter; image is appropriately licensed on Commons and by the original source; QPQ has been done. What a fascinating article, this is the sort of thing I love stumbling across on here; thanks for writing it - Dumelow (talk) 08:25, 17 January 2019 (UTC)
