Overall: @West Virginian: New enough, of appropriate length, neutrally worded and very well researched. Earwig detects copyvio but its a quote that is appropriately sourced. A very interesting and well accomplished man, it was fascinating to learn that he served in positions in both WV and the USVI. It's quite unfortunate this article was not reviewed before the requested date, and I wonder if we could get it posted at his birth date or something as compensation if you would be interested in that.
