BTW, can the (second) picture of Mr Sabo here be used? --PFHLai (talk) 02:10, 5 May 2012 (UTC)
Depends on who took the photo. Based on the quality it is 90% likely it was another solider while on duty so that would fall under PD but if it was a reporter or journalist then it would be copyrighted. -- Esemono (talk) 03:03, 5 May 2012 (UTC)
I am under the same impression, but I lack the means to investigate further. --PFHLai (talk) 11:38, 5 May 2012 (UTC)
Well this source says the photo comes from his brother "George Sabo". There is a local reporter here who might know the brother's contact info. -- Esemono (talk) 00:09, 6 May 2012 (UTC)
As I understand it, the photos are all property of his brother, so I haven't uploaded them as free to use. —Ed!(talk) 13:03, 6 May 2012 (UTC)
  • Main hook has 216 characters, and is thus ineligible for DYK; I have struck it. If ALT2 and a May 10 date are desired, then this should probably be moved to a Special Holding area down below. I have removed the ALT1 hyphen in "42-years" and ALT2's parenthetical underlined "not 32"; the nom has been approved, so the hooks should be in final form. BlueMoonset (talk) 04:38, 6 May 2012 (UTC)
  • I would be fine with the May 10 date. —Ed!(talk) 13:03, 6 May 2012 (UTC)
