  • The article became a Featured List on September 15, so it qualifies for the DYK criteria (quality and "new"). The proposed hook is short, and I believe it is reasonably interesting with the unusual image that goes alongside it. This all being said, the proposed hook is sourced to a series of podcasts, but it is unclear to me in which of these podcasts this information is given. Of course, it doesn't help that I cannot understand Romanian. Would you be willing to specify where in these podcasts the information of number-ones by artist is given, and quote it for me? This would allow me to confirm the hook myself. Lastly, no quid pro quo is necessary yet, so this is good. ~Maplestrip/Mable (chat) 13:46, 16 October 2018 (UTC)
@Maplestrip: Hi there! There is no source saying that Carla's Dreams has that many number ones, but there is a source for every one of his six number-one singles reaching the top spot. Do you want me to provide you with these? Cartoon network freak (talk) 18:59, 16 October 2018 (UTC)
I am not entirely certain if this is allowed for DYK, as it can be considered a kind of synthesis. From what I understand, the hook should be cited to a reliable source. Right now, we also run the risk that we on Wikipedia miscounted the number of number-ones an artist has had. ~Maplestrip/Mable (chat) 20:29, 16 October 2018 (UTC)
@Maplestrip: Maybe we should close this nomination? While the information is true and can be sourced, it can't be sourced in the way you requested it to. Cartoon network freak (talk) 20:23, 17 October 2018 (UTC)
Nomination denied – I suppose that is for the best. I tried to look for a suitable source myself, but wasn't able to. My apologies that I had to deny your nomination, but I hope you understand why I did. Thank you for your goodwill ^_^ ~Maplestrip/Mable (chat) 18:14, 18 October 2018 (UTC)
