London South Africa RFC[edit]

  • ... that London South Africa RFC attempted to buy a National League 1 club and Wimbledon RFC before starting as a new club at the bottom of English rugby after the RFU blocked them from doing so? Source: Sunday Tribune

  • Article is new and long enough. Hook is cited but I think it is slightly meandering. I also think Wimbledon should be "Wimbledon RFC" to avoid confusion. I would suggest "... that London South Africa RFC started as a new club at the bottom of English rugby after the RFU blocked their attempts to buy a National League 1 club and Wimbledon RFC?" or something similar. • It is, yes, my version reads more clearly to me. I will add my suggestion as ALT1 below but since you have substituted "Wimbledon" for "Wimbledon RFC" in the original hook the closing editor could choose whichever version they prefer. Hrodvarsson (talk) 00:23, 6 March 2018 (UTC)
