Maheshinte Prathikaaram[edit]

  • ... that the hero of the film, Maheshinte Prathikaaram, who pledges never to wear slippers until his enemy is avenged was based on a real-life incident?

Improved to Good Article status by Charles Turing (talk). Self-nominated at 13:40, 2 August 2016 (UTC).

  • QPQ doesn't appear necessary. Recently GA'ed. Length, copyvio, etc. clear. Hook is cited and interesting. (Per ANI, a second review of this nom is needed.) LavaBaron (talk) 16:49, 2 August 2016 (UTC)
  • Second full review needed per ANI requirements. BlueMoonset (talk) 03:46, 5 August 2016 (UTC)
  • Both the article and the hook betray a misunderstanding of the meaning of the word avenge. EEng 04:45, 10 August 2016 (UTC)
I guess so. I was in a TLDR mood so I didn't look too deeply. EEng 16:20, 14 August 2016 (UTC)
  • [2 of 2] This newly promoted GA is new enough and long enough. Approving ALT1 which has inline citations. ALT0 is also true but we can leave it because of the unresolved avenge/revenge issue. The article is neutral, and the spot checks I made did not reveal any policy issues. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 05:11, 26 August 2016 (UTC)
