Promising article about an interesting person, on good sources. Please try to format it a bit more to standard, I didn't know where to look first. No image opposite the infobox please, - you could better arrange them in a gallery below. - We don't need the books twice. - The hook is fine and sourced, however when I read that he started as a clown, I thought that would be also nice to know. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 15:57, 15 July 2014 (UTC)
  • @Gerda Arendt: the article has been reformatted. I am proposing another another hook:
ALT1... that the silent film director Marcel Perez , popularly called Robinet started his career as a clown and directed over 150 films featuring the character Robinet?
You should check the article for plagiarism and other issues. Thanks for your review.--Skr15081997 (talk) 11:03, 16 July 2014 (UTC)
Thanks for formatting, no apparent copyvio found. What do you think of the other way round?
ALT2: ... that after Marcel Perez started as a clown, he directed and played the character Robinet in 150 silent films?

  • Returned from prep. The statement in the article that Perez was also known as Fabre is unsourced, meaning that the hook cannot be verified from the supplied sources. Gatoclass (talk) 05:04, 20 July 2014 (UTC)
  • @Gatoclass: the necessary citation has been added.--Skr15081997 (talk) 05:21, 20 July 2014 (UTC)
