  • This makes for a fascinating read, but there are two sizeable paragraphs which require citations before I proceed with the rest of the review. I also feel that the article has a potential to produce a more attention-catching hook. Surtsicna (talk) 05:43, 9 September 2023 (UTC)

  • It took me a while to verify because the citations lack page numbers, but I am very happy to approve this nomination now. The article is long enough, and was nominated shortly after creation. I have checked the sources and found nothing of concern. QPQ not needed as far as I can tell. Since the photograph is in public domain, I wonder if it could be nominated with the hook. It might be nice to have a woman in uniform on the Main Page. Surtsicna (talk) 08:18, 24 September 2023 (UTC)
@Rubystaramaryllis, FormalDude, and Surtsicna: Might be a bit of WP:CLOP related to the New York Times which should be fixed before proceeding. Ping me when it is addressed and I can promote. Lightburst (talk) 16:01, 13 October 2023 (UTC)

@Lightburst, FormalDude, and Surtsicna: I updated the article using copyvios. There is still a 25.9 percent match to NYT article but they are all job descriptions. Rubystaramaryllis (talk) 18:25, 13 October 2023 (UTC)
