General: Article is new enough and long enough
Policy: Article is sourced, neutral, and free of copyright problems

Hook eligibility:

  • Cited: Yes
  • Interesting: Yes
  • Other problems: No - Rewording needed
Image: Image is freely licensed, used in the article, and clear at 100px.
QPQ: Done.

Overall: I think first hook is more interesting to wider audience than the ALT. The first hook has a citation of Two Circles which can not considered reliable source because it seems that the website has no editorial oversight (see WP:UNRELIABLE). Can you find another source supporting the hook? Everything else seems OK. I think hook needs some changes like she was not MP who is elected but she became an MP after being elected. So removed MP. Use 15th Lower House of the Parliament of India because 15th Parliament of India is not true (it include Rajya Sabha also). Propose new corrected hook.-Nizil (talk) 07:00, 18 February 2019 (UTC) Nizil (talk) 07:00, 18 February 2019 (UTC)

@Royroydeb:, please address these minor issues. DYK is near approval.-Nizil (talk) 07:03, 18 February 2019 (UTC)
@Nizil Shah: WP:CONTEXTMATTERS. Reliability of a source depends on a context. The statement which is supported by this source is not controversial. The claim can also be verified independently.This is a list of Muslim MPs elected to 15th Lok Sabha, this is a list of women MPs. Now the ages can be compared from their Lok Sabha / MyNeta profile. As per MyNeta, Jahan was 35 in 2009, Tabassum was 40 in 2007. RRD (talk) 15:34, 18 February 2019 (UTC)
OK. I will approve the DYK per the clarification. Are you ok with slight modification of the hook?-Nizil (talk) 06:20, 19 February 2019 (UTC)
@Nizil Shah: I have no objection to the new hook. RRD (talk) 15:27, 19 February 2019 (UTC)
@Royroydeb: ALT2a approved.-Nizil (talk) 04:42, 20 February 2019 (UTC)
