Length and date ok. QPQ done. Close parahrase not found. But for the original hook, the sentence "he drafted the law on secularization of monastic estates, and was the only bishop in the Principalities to support the policy of Cuza in this endeavor." needs a direct reference. Likewise for ALT2, regarding Bismarck, and ALT3. ALT1 is a bit too speculative for DYK. As per ALT4, the article gives no indication of current activities of the foundation.
