Miriam Butterworth

  • ... that for decades, Miriam Butterworth protested every Saturday in the center of West Hartford, against war, including those in Nicaragua, Iran and Iraq, as well as in opposition to nuclear arms?
  • ... that for decades, Miriam Butterworth protested every Saturday against wars such as those in Nicaragua, Iran and Iraq, as well as in opposition to nuclear arms? [1]

General: Article is new enough and long enough
Policy: Article is sourced, neutral, and free of copyright problems

Hook eligibility:

  • Cited: Yes
  • Interesting: Yes
  • Other problems: No - I'm not really satisfied with this many commas being used in one sentence. Also, I don't see why to include West Hartford if there's no other context for the geographical location, and especially I don't see how that's important to the hook. Here's my alternative:
    • ... that for decades, Miriam Butterworth protested every Saturday against wars such as those in Nicaragua, Iran and Iraq, as well as in opposition to nuclear arms?
QPQ: None required.
Overall: Approved the alternate hook epicgenius (talk) 00:15, 26 July 2019 (UTC)
