Nominated within deadline, although it's late to be reviewed. Long enough end well sourced, with an interesting and adequately sourced hook. QPQ done. Earwig found a lot of similar phrasing to the New Ulster Bio, but it says "Violation Unlikely" and I agree; the similar phrases are mostly due to long proper names of institutions, and the rest are factual material that has been rephrased but cannot be stated much more differently without changing the facts.
