Monroe Edwards

[edit]
  • ... that the 19th century forger and swindler Monroe Edwards once used forged letters to get money from Lord Spencer, but later repaid the nobleman with funds Edwards obtained from a later fraud?

  • This article is new enough and long enough. Striking ALT1 because that hook fact has no inline citation, but the other two hooks are acceptable and accepted in good faith, the sources being offline. The article is neutral. Googling several sentences/phrases brought up no copyright issues. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 09:51, 4 January 2015 (UTC)
  • It's easy enough to stick the trailing reference on the sentence for ALT1 if anyone wants to use it. Ealdgyth - Talk 13:41, 4 January 2015 (UTC)
