Source: In 2011, the company would change its identity twice. First to International Resources Enterprise Limited in April, and then to Nan Nan Resources Enterprise Limited in October.

The image is appropriately licensed. I've taken the liberty of doing some image editing on it and uploading that.
The sourcing seems adequate. If this were to show up at WP:GAN, I suspect the reviewer would want to see less use of press releases and the company's own website, but I think this is good enough for DYK.
The hook fact verifies
There's some WP:CLOP problems, particularly in the History section compared to uscc.gov/sites/default/files/Research/The_88_Queensway_Group.pdf. See the earwig report. These passages should be rewritten in your own prose rather than just changing a few words here or there.
