New article at time of nomination, prose 3.1k, not a BLP. Article is neutral and well cited. Article is interesting. Both hooks are short enough.

There does seem to be too close paraphrasing between the article, and cite 3. Martin451 (talk) 07:00, 16 April 2013 (UTC)
